Greenpeace Competition

On Saturday, 29.8.09 a competition was hosted by Greenpeace International at Brightwater Commons Shopping Centre. It was the first of such competitions in Southern Africa after Greenpeace opened their first office in Melville towards the end of 2008. Twelve Class 7 Geography learners took part in the competition as “The Green Team” and competed against five other schools in the area on the topic Global Warming.
