Karate
Sarah Kirk, 6c, and her brother Matthew Kirk, 2c, have both been awarded Provincial Colours for Karate. Both children competed in the KSA National Championships representing Eastern Gauteng.
Matthew has also been selected for the Goju Kai World Championships held in Cape Town in October 2009. Matthew was placed 5th in his division.

Tang Soo Do
Carl Quitter Grade 2d and his brother Anil, VS1 are both enthusiastic martial arts fighters. Both have been awarded their green belt in Tang Soo Do, a Korean martial art similar to karate and kung fu. At the last South African Championships they were both awarded gold medals in their age group U9 and qualified as South African champions for the “Presidents Team”, representing
